This project involved putting in mechanical and plumbing systems for a new 2-story 28,000-square-foot building addition. A new packaged DOAS unit, 900 MBH VRF System, steam-to-steam heat transfer system, LINAC air-cooled chiller system for linear accelerator, clean steam generator, and roof-mounted exhaust fans were installed by our team. We also installed steam exchanger water heaters, an expansion tank with pumped hot water return recirculation, and traditional and ligature-resistant plumbing fixtures. Finally, we put in medical gas systems and vacuum systems for all procedure rooms.
