This project consisted of adding mechanical and plumbing systems for a new 2-story 30,000 square-foot building addition. We installed the following on this project: new rooftop air handling units, plant chilled water, heating hot water pumping systems, skid-mounted steam heat transfer package, roof-mounted external clean steam generators, single duct terminal units, and roof-mounted exhaust fans. Steam-to-water heater systems with booster pumps and hot water return for recirculation, traditional and ligature-resistant plumbing fixtures along with medical gas systems and vacuum systems for procedure rooms were also installed as part of this project.
