For this project, we are adding mechanical and plumbing systems for a new 3-story 24,000-square-foot vertical building expansion. We installed new rooftop air handling units, packaged rooftop heat transfer penthouse, two new 100-ton roof-mounted air-cooled chillers, external clean steam generators, fan-powered variable volume terminal units, and roof-mounted exhaust fans. Electric water heaters with hot water return for recirculation, and traditional and ligature-resistant plumbing fixtures were also installed. Finally, we put medical gas systems and vacuum systems in procedure rooms.
